Help tackle Canada’s most complex challenges

More than ever, we are facing the most stubborn, seemingly intractable big problems. Problems in need of new solutions, and even more: systems change. Problems that require experimentation to find out what really works, and collaboration as no institution can solve them on its own. Problems like unemployment, the mental wellbeing of our youth in schools or the sustainability of our health system. MaRS Solutions Lab take these complex challenges head on, and find new ways to solve them. They work with diverse partners, stakeholders, innovators and a dynamic team to create systems change together and they are now looking for a talented, ambitious Associate with a design background that wants to make a difference.
