Evaluation and its applications in the economic and social fields
The New Brunswick Chapter of CES is dedicated to the advancement of evaluation theory and practice. We are committed to providing our members with easy access to information and training based on the most current knowledge of the world evaluation community.
The New Brunswick Chapter of CES, in collaboration with the Université de Moncton and the New Brunswick Social Policy Research Network, invite you to take part in an evaluation conference entitled “Evaluation and its applications in the economic and social fields”.
The conference will be held on January 28th, 2016 from 10:00am – 3:30pm, Room 157 (Richelieu), Pavillon Léopold-Taillon, Université de Moncton.
Key speakers include:
Jimmy Bourque, Professor, Faculté des sciences de l’éducation, and head of the Centre for Research & Development in Education, Université de Moncton
Michel Desjardins, Founder and President of Consortia Development Group
Marie Gervais, Professor, Université Laval, Vice-President of the Réseau francophone d’évaluation (RFE), Vice-President of the International Organization for Cooperation in Evaluation (IOCE), and member of the executive committee of EvalPartners
Richard Saillant, Director of the Donald J. Savoie Institute, Université de Moncton
A question and answer period will be held after each presentation, followed by round-table discussions. Nick Scott, Managing Director, NBSPRN, and Benoît Gauthier, President of CES, will be joining us to close the event. Please note that the CES-NB will hold its annual general meeting starting at 3:30 pm.
