Changing the game: Public sector productivity in Canada

This paper is a summary of the research, interviews and roundtable discussions completed by Canada’s Public Policy Forum on how to apply efficiency and effectiveness in the public section. It also provides examples of public sector productivity from other jurisdictions. The summary captures the views of project contributions on which opportunities the public sector should pursue in order to meet productivity objectives.
