HOUSING SUPPLY, DEMAND AND NEEDS ANALYSIS

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to engage the services of a professional consulting firm to identify the housing requirements within the municipalities of Moncton, Dieppe and Riverview (otherwise known as the “Moncton metropolitan area”), and estimate future housing supply and demand over a five (5) year and ten (10) year period, with a focus on housing gaps across an “affordable housing continuum”.

Vendors responding to the public notice are advised that an official copy of the RFP may only be obtained from the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (http://www.gnb.ca/tenders) or by contacting the City of Moncton’s Purchasing Department:
