2:15 Mindfulness Workshop (Jen, from Renaissance College)

3:00 Debrief

3:30 Closing Presentation (Renee Comeau on Self-Care)

Immediately following the event, Partners for Youth will run a consultation session to gain feedback & recommendations on the new Youth Mental Health Treatment Centre of Excellence being built in Campbellton. The consultation session will last approximately an hour and refreshments will be provided.
