The New Brunswick Liberal Association will pay tribute to the late Andy Scott, who held the federal riding of Fredericton for the national Liberals.

Provincial Liberals are holding their biennial convention Friday and Saturday at the Delta Brunswick in Saint John. Scott, 58, died in Fredericton of cancer in June. He represented Fredericton in the House of Commons from 1993 to 2008 and served in the cabinets of Jean Chrétien and Paul Martin
