The 2014 Atlantic Education Graduate Student Conference will be held at:

Conference Parking

Parking is free. Please note that there is plenty of space in the main parking lot behind Marshall d’Avray Hall (entrance at corner of Montgomery Street and College Hill Road).

Registration

Registration will be in the main lobby of Marshall d’Avray Hall the morning of the conference (July 5) between 8:00 – 8:45 am. Registration is free. Here, you will receive a name tag, the full conference program, and a voucher to exchange for one drink ticket at the Barbecue.

Information for Presenters

We would ask that you bring your own technology, power cords, and any video adapters needed to connect to projectors.

Each presenter has been allocated a few minutes for set up, 15 minutes to present, and 5 minutes for questions. Chairs in each session will be keeping time to ensure that things run on schedule.

Barbecue

The Atlantic Education Graduate Student Conference Organizing Committee is pleased to invite you to a barbecue at the Windsor Castle Bar following the 2014 Atlantic Education Graduate Student Conference.

The event starts at 5:00pm.

Windsor Castle Bar is located in Alden Nowlan House (The Grad House) at:

Barbecue Parking

Please note that there is limited parking at this location. However, there are two university parking lots located just down the hill on Windsor Street – minutes from Alden Nowlan House. Parking is free.
