Anthropology at UNB hosting CAPA 2014

Victoria Gibbon and Koumari Mitra are hosting the Canadian Association of Physical Anthropology 42nd annual meeting at the Wu Centre on campus November 6-9, 2014. This national conference was last held at UNB in 1999. Physical anthropology is concerned with human evolution, variability, and adaptation to environmental stresses. It is a diverse discipline related to human biology, including human health and disease, forensics, archaeological faunal analyses and bioarchaeology. Registration is open and we are accepting abstracts until August 15.
