Enhancing Public Safety through Community Research
The John Howard Society of Southeastern New Brunswick is hosting an event that will bring together community organizations that deliver programming, academic researchers, and policy makers with a goal of developing a research agenda and adoption of best practices to enhance public safety in New Brunswick.
The event aims to:
Support learning that will increase organizational capacity to enhance public safety and to evaluate programs through effective use of data and academic research;
Leverage social enterprise, social policy, and research & evaluation activities in order to enhance public safety;
Support collaboration, alignment and the sharing of best-practices on the subject of public safety; and,
Develop relationships and identify activities that will translate knowledge into actions that enhance public safety.
