The Graduate Research Conference Committee needs your help. They are in the final planning stages for this year’s conference (April 23) and are looking for volunteers to help make the event run smoothly. If you are able to volunteer, please contact unbgradresearch@gmail.com.

They are specifically looking for:

• Day-of volunteers: registration support, poster hanging, room setup, AV & Technical support
• Session chairs: if you are interested in chairing a session (acting as timekeeper for presentations, helping to facilitate discussion and questions), they would love to have you!
• Judges: Do you know an instructor/professor who you think would make a good judge for our event? Please send their name to unbgradresearch@gmail.com.
