Students enrolled in UNB’s Community Problem Solving leadership course will showcase research product and outcomes with both local and provincial significance.

This Symposium is open to the public.

For the past seven months, students from the faculty of Leadership Studies, Renaissance College, have been collaborating with local partners on exciting new community projects.

Symposium presentations will cover a broad range of topics that span complex problems as presented by community-based organizations, Crown corporations, provincial government departments, philanthropic organizations, non-governmental organizations, and grassroots groups.

This year students are working with:

– Business Immigrant Mentorship Program/The HIVE

– Post-Secondary Education Training and Labour

– Child and Youth Advocate Office, Province of New Brunswick

– Public Health Dietitians, Department of Health

– The Ville Cooperative

– Sunrise Partnership for Agriculture Development and Education (SPADE)

– New Brunswick Agricultural Alliance/Department of Agriculture, Acquaculture and Fisheries

Renaissance College, UNB’s Leadership Faculty, are committed to building relationships and are continually looking to foster and further support connections with our larger off-campus community.  In that spirit, you are cordially invited to attend and invite those within your network.
