The Fredericton Homeless Shelters is currently seeking an experienced manager to serve as Executive Director overseeing and managing the organization’s operations. The Executive Director serves as an employee of the Board of Directors (BOD) and is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the organization. The Executive Director will have the opportunity to assist the board in developing the strategic direction for the organization.
Primary responsibilities include oversight of the day-to-day operations, human resources planning and management, financial planning and management, advocacy and stakeholder relations, and maintaining relations with the board.
